Family is everything to me. I've been married to my incredible partner for 19 years, and together, we've raised two wonderful children who have blessed us with two fantastic grandchildren. Life is always moving, and I love keeping up with it—especially when I'm out running. Whether it's a half marathon, a 5K, or a 10K, I embrace every race as a challenge and an adventure. One of my favorite things is taking my dogs along for a run; there's something special about the shared energy and the open road.
Beyond just running for fitness, I’ve set a personal goal: to complete a race in every one of the 50 states. As of early 2025, I have 24 states left to go, and each finish line brings me one step closer. It's not just about crossing states off a list—it’s about experiencing new places, meeting incredible people, and pushing myself to new limits along the way.
I also have a deep love for travel, whether it's exploring new cities, taking in breathtaking landscapes, or setting sail on a cruise to discover new destinations. There’s nothing quite like the excitement of a new journey, the thrill of adventure, and the memories made along the way.
Here is a sneak Peak
I find joy in running races across the country, from the iconic streets of Paris to the breathtaking Bridge of the Gods in the Pacific Northwest—each race bringing a new adventure. Whether training or racing, my loyal cow dog, Max, is always by my side, pushing the pace and keeping me motivated. Beyond the finish line, I love cruising the Caribbean, exploring new cultures, and soaking in the ocean breeze. But no matter where my travels take me, my greatest joy is my family—my incredible spouse, children, and grandchildren—who make every journey, run, and adventure truly meaningful.
